Welcome Our New Executive Director

The Hartford Community Restorative Justice Center is proud to welcome Larry Blake Harvey as our new Executive Director.

Blake brings experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and community development across New York and Vermont. His work has centered on supporting organizations in building sustainable programs and stronger connections with the communities they serve. He is deeply committed to restorative justice, housing stability, and community care.

As Executive Director, Blake will lead HCRJC in strengthening programs, expanding transitional housing, and advancing community healing in the Upper Valley.

"Restorative justice is about creating spaces where accountability and compassion can exist together," Blake shared. "I am grateful for the foundation that Martha McLafferty and so many others have built at this center, and I look forward to carrying that work forward with our community."
