Held every Tuesday from 3:00–5:00 PM at our office at 58 N Main Street, these open office hours offer a drop-in, supportive space specifically for people navigating reentry to get help with healthcare-related questions and next steps.

Dartmouth medical students and Community Health Scholars are on site to help with finding a primary care provider, applying for or reinstating health insurance, scheduling appointments, understanding prescriptions, and navigating gaps in care after incarceration. They can also help talk through health-related concerns that often come up during reentry and connect folks to local resources.

Stop in, have a drink and a snack, and get support as you get back on your feet. No appointment required.
